Privacy policy
How ADiNO Klebstoffe handles personal data on this website. Last updated October 2026.
1. Who is responsible
The controller responsible for this website is Adino GmbH, Eysseneckstraße 4, 60322 Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Telephone +49 6995 421 255, email info@adinoklebstoffe.de.
For enquiries handled in Asia, ADINO (Asia) Co., Ltd., 3/10 Nonsee Road, Chongnonsee, Yannawa, Bangkok 10120, Thailand (info@adinoasia.com) also processes personal data under the Thai Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).
For any question about your personal data, please write to info@adinoklebstoffe.de.
2. Our approach
We collect as little personal data as possible. This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, does not load fonts or scripts from third parties, and does not set cookies for marketing or statistics.
3. Visiting the website
This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you open a page, your browser automatically sends technical information to the server, such as your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring page, and your browser and operating system. This information is needed to deliver the website securely and to protect it against attacks.
Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies to detect abusive traffic. These do not track you across other websites.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare processes this data on our behalf under a data processing agreement. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which provides the safeguard for transfers to the USA. Log data is kept only for as long as needed for security purposes and is then deleted.
4. Local storage in your browser
The website stores one small setting in your browser's session storage so the opening animation is shown only once per visit. It contains no personal data and is removed when you close the browser tab.
5. Enquiries and email
When you use the enquiry form, the website does not send or store anything itself. It opens your own email program with a message to info@adinoklebstoffe.de containing the details you entered: your name, company, email address, telephone number, country, industry and message. You decide whether to send it.
If you contact us by email or telephone, we use your details only to answer your enquiry and to prepare any offer or follow up you ask for. The legal basis is the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, or our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
To answer your enquiry we may share it with the ADiNO company or authorised distributor responsible for your country, including ADINO (Asia) Co., Ltd. in Thailand and Shandong Adino New Materials Co., Ltd. in China. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we use appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with it, and afterwards only as long as commercial and tax retention laws require.
6. Links to other websites
Office addresses link to Google Maps. Nothing is loaded from Google until you click such a link. Once you do, Google's own privacy policy applies.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to object to processing based on our legitimate interests. Where processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time for the future.
To use these rights, write to info@adinoklebstoffe.de.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. For Adino GmbH this is the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (HBDI) in Wiesbaden. In Thailand, you may contact the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).
8. Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our website or the law changes. The current version is always published on this page.
